Red Fox focus heavily on relationships where investment means the most, from Indigenous smallholders in remote and inaccessible areas to producers whose quality potential is underrecognized. They prioritise developing and maintaining long-term mutually beneficial relationships, working to establish clear expectations and help producers maximize their income while ensuring that the base prices are the highest in any region they work.

Every lot that Red Fox sources is rigorously QC'd as this is critical for repeatability. Each individual producer’s coffee is tasted before being offered as a microlot or combined into producer and community lots - crafted to represent the work of each farmer, neighborhood, or family. Whether you’re tasting a single producer’s lot or that of a community, the coffee has passed through the same rigorous cupping and QC standards.
